Bloom is looking for a Software Developer (Mid-level to Senior) (f/m/d) - Full Stack JS/TS to join our remote-first team across Germany. We aim to simplify and modernize occupational health & safety management through intuitive software.

• Develop features end-to-end using Next.js/NestJS stack on PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfortable with full-stack development (Next.js and NestJS).
• Ability to balance technical quality with effective feature delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Enjoy working closely within a dedicated team.
• Bonus for experience with DevOps practices and data security measures.
