Senior Product Manager - Remote

In Short

• Own and optimize the front-end experience of the product, focusing on increasing conversion rates and user engagement.
• Drive improvements in user onboarding and application flows.
• Analyze user feedback and data to enhance product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs and product goals.
• Develop initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Build a strategy to optimize the B2B2C product journey.
• Partner with other Product Managers and engineering teams.
• Work with product and engineering to prioritize bugs.
• Assess risk and provide solutions to eliminate roadblocks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technically focused product management role.
• Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science or software engineering.
• Experience managing a consumer-facing app with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
• Proven ability to grow key user metrics through specific initiatives.
• Expertise in managing product experiences for D2C or B2B2C models.
• Familiarity with identifying barriers to conversion.
• Ability to navigate B2B2C complexities.
• Strong understanding of consumer company metrics.
• Experience with RESTful API, Golang, Node.js, and Svelte is preferred.
