Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth in support of Array’s business objectives.

• Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) with sales and marketing teams.
• Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation and demand programs.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority segments.

• Own campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
• Create and manage campaign content across various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B lead generation or growth marketing.
• Experience with ICP-based targeting and ABM.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution.
• Excellent writing skills across marketing channels.
• Ability to translate insights into effective campaigns.
• Strong project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset for performance analysis.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
