In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple Shopify stores.
• Build products from scratch including variants, SKUs, pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Implement theme changes and make light HTML, CSS, and Liquid updates.
• Install and maintain Shopify apps across stores.
• Troubleshoot storefront, checkout, and product issues.
• Monitor store health and support merchandising and A/B testing efforts.
• Collaborate with operations, fulfillment, marketing, and design teams.
• Ensure product data accuracy and alignment with fulfillment and accounting requirements.
• Support performance optimization and basic SEO efforts.
• Document workflows and maintain standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify experience.
• Experience managing multiple live Shopify stores.
• Strong familiarity with Shopify admin and product models.
• Working knowledge of Shopify themes and Liquid.
• Basic HTML and CSS skills for light theme edits.
• High attention to detail, especially around product data.
• Comfortable working within established processes.
• Able to handle multiple stores and competing priorities.
• Nice to have: Shopify Plus experience and familiarity with tools like Loop, Gorgias, ShipHero.
• Experience in the music industry is a plus.
