In Short

• Analyze web traffic for attack patterns and funnel attackers through appropriate channels.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Threat Researchers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Collaborate to develop technical approaches and tools for data analysis.
• Increase team capacity to utilize data for improved security performance.
• Serve as escalation point-of-contact for customers.
• Manage customer communications regarding analytics and security settings.
• Identify process improvements and expansion opportunities.
• Work with industry leaders in fraud and abuse prevention.
• Drive customer adoption of Arkose Labs' value proposition.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Data or Support Analyst experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business English skills (B2 level).
• Experience in customer support and escalation.
• Strong understanding of information security.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Ability to quickly learn and support new technologies.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
• Python scripting experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
