Clinical Support Specialist - Remote

Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and clinical services company focused on improving patient outcomes through medication management and personalized care plans.

In Short

• Engage patients over the phone to deliver clinical services.
• Identify and escalate medication-related issues to pharmacists.
• Maintain accurate records in Arine's software platform.
• Answer inbound customer support requests.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists and product teams.
• Participate in process improvement meetings.
• Schedule appointments for patients with clinical pharmacists.
• Prepare and mail patient educational materials.
• Work 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medication names.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday-Saturday until 6/7PM Pacific Time).
