Overview

A Senior Data Engineer at Argano leads the design and implementation of advanced data solutions. They provide technical expertise and contribute to the overall data strategy. Senior data engineers hold primary responsibility over the construction and maintenance of data collection systems, pipelines, and management tools. They focus on mid to large size projects building data processing frameworks that handle the business’s growing database. They strive to continuously develop new and improved data engineering capabilities. This position supports external software developers, database architects, data analysts, and data scientists on strategic data initiatives and ensures optimal data delivery engineer is consistent throughout ongoing projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field is expected.
• Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.
• 8 - 12 years of experience with Oracle FAW in SCM/ERP/HCM analytics.
• Experience with provisioning FAW and configuring Techno-Functional parameters.
• Good experience in the Implementation of ERP/HCM/SCM analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in incorporating Custom Fusion security into FAW.
• Experience in working with Cloud SCM/ERP/HCM for designing custom DWH.
• Good querying skills on Oracle database with ability to understand and debug PL/SQL objects.
• Experience as architect for Dimension Modelling and Data Warehouse builds.
• Ability to prepare Status reports and communicate with clients directly.
