Overview

Arealytics is looking for Full Time Field Researchers to conduct site inspections and collect data on commercial properties.

In Short

• Conduct physical site inspections of commercial properties.
• Collect and update data on commercial properties.
• Digitally record property information using the Arealytics drive app.
• Take professional digital photographs of buildings.
• Ideal for individuals currently driving for Uber or similar services.
• Employees will receive a company car and mobile device.
• Travel reimbursement provided.
• Requires critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Photography experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Ability to use technology proficiently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-starter and motivated individual.
• Ability to plan and execute research schedules.
• Repetitive standing, sitting, and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
• Completion of Secondary School or higher education.
• Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus.
• RePL Certificate for flying a Drone is preferred but not required.
