The Director of Business Operations, Clinical Operations, is responsible for managing key business operations within the Clinical Operations department. This role includes overseeing and optimizing critical business processes related to clinical trial planning and execution, supporting inspection readiness, and training and onboarding for Clinical Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in life sciences.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical drug development.
• Experience in clinical operations or project management.
• Knowledge of clinical trial systems (CTMS, eTMF).
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project software (Excel, Microsoft Project).
• Experience in training and process improvement preferred.
