Product (Project) Manager with Knowledge of Figma - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with knowledge of CEX and DEX, and strong skills in creating product presentations to lead our projects in the crypto space.

In Short

• Lead multiple active projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope and manage execution.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Manage and maintain project boards and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate the development team and ensure quality before release.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high delivery standards.
• Utilize project management tools effectively.
• Ensure successful and timely delivery for customers.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience managing end-to-end software development crypto projects.
• Knowledge of key CEX and DEX instruments.
• Hands-on trading experience and understanding of trading/crypto terminology.
• Skills in managing a team of UI/UX designers.
• Confident use of Figma and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High stress resistance and adaptability.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
