Finance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Finance Specialist will conduct financial analyses, prepare financial projections, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment between financial results and business strategy.

In Short

• Conduct analyses of accounts receivable balances based on established payment conditions.
• Prepare and monitor financial projections including cash flow and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Automate analyses and reports to enhance data reliability and reduce rework.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in financial analysis, projections, and modeling.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to structure complex analyses and translate data into actionable recommendations.
