In Short

• Preparation of service descriptions HOAI, AHO, special planners, and experts.
• Coordination of service descriptions with the client.
• Conducting contract negotiations with clients and planners/architects.
• Leading all contract-related processes.
• Coordinating contract-related correspondence.
• Reviewing additional cost notifications and amendments from planners/architects.
• Possibly leading/coordinating the contract management team.

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering with a focus on structural and civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in planning/construction management/supervision for large projects, preferably public sector.
• Experience in contract management.
• Extensive knowledge of HOAI, AHO, and other service descriptions for experts and special professionals.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
