Junior Mechanical Engineer - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer that will assist our Engineering & Construction team, collaborating with interdisciplinary design teams in all phases of projects.

In Short

• Support feasibility studies and design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Interact with different disciplines for integrated design.
• Coordinate with Arcadis Excellence Center for detailed design.
• Monitor and review technical documents produced by third parties.
• Support project development in BIM using REVIT software.
• Assist in technical reports and project specifications.
• Engage in due diligence activities and technical appraisals.
• Support energy modeling using calculation software.

Requirements

• Strong interest in mechanical systems for buildings.
• Around 2 years of working experience in similar roles.
• Master’s degree in mechanical or civil Engineering.
• Excellent level of English (B2/C1).
• Good proficiency in Revit and Autocad.
• Thorough knowledge of BIM methodology.
• Basic knowledge of technical legislation for ventilation systems.
• Team attitude and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
• Proactive and positive mindset.
• Ability to maintain productivity during remote work scenarios.
