Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist (Night Shift) - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is seeking an Early Careers (EC) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Philippines. You will be joining our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team that provides support to our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team. This position will work the night shift (9:00pm - 6:00am local time). This is a hybrid position that will work in the office and remotely.

In Short

• Provide recruitment and administrative support to the North America Early Careers Talent Acquisition team.
• Screen and manage candidate applications using EightFold.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Support evaluation and selection processes.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
• Manage university postings, interview scheduling, and offer creation.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Promote roles on social media in line with employer branding.

Requirements

• Solid recruitment experience with understanding of Early Careers recruitment.
• Digitally competent with critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage high volumes of requests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Proactive with a passion for talent acquisition.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
