Director of Mechanical Control Systems - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Sustainable Mechanical Systems Market Leader to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group. We are looking to grow our team of skilled multi-discipline engineers and engineering consultants throughout North America. This is a key location based position. While work can be performed across the United States, we are searching for individuals in the Texas, US Northeast, California, or US Southeast geographies.

• Up to 30% travel may be required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience required.

Requirements

• BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Professional Engineer certification.
• Strong financial background related to project life cycle.
• Experience with Autodesk Platforms and digital design tools.
• Ability to mentor and train colleagues.
• Experience in key market sectors like Healthcare and Education.
• Ability to recommend solutions to various discipline designers.
• Experience in low-carbon systems and passive conditioning.
• Ability to work with diverse teams globally.
• History of publications or industry group involvement is a plus.
