Arcadis is seeking a Sustainable Electrical Systems Market Leader to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group. We are looking to grow our team of skilled multi-discipline engineers and engineering consultants throughout North America.

• Accountable for driving advancement in sustainable electrical systems solutions.

• 10+ years of relevant experience required.

Requirements

• 10 or more years’ relevant experience as licensed engineer required, 15+ preferred.
• Strong financial background related to project life cycle.
• Experience with Autodesk Platforms and BIM solutions.
• Ability to mentor and train colleagues.
• Comfort in client-facing discussions.
• Experience with user-experience-centric projects.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Up to 30% travel may be required.
