Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Contract Manager to join the team in Selma, CA to develop and execute Contract Management strategies and programs.

In Short

• Manage the PCM team’s identification, anticipation, and mitigation of potential upcoming change orders.
• Track, monitor, and document requests and communications across the contract.
• Analyze all active contracts and obligations.
• Identify a system for triggering analysis of contractual obligations.
• Create a templates folder for team notifications and correspondences.
• Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
• Interface effectively with clients and coworkers.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in contract management and administration.
• JD or Bachelor’s degree plus equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications and organizational skills.
