Overview

As a Senior Materials Developer at ARC’TERYX, you will focus on developing innovative natural and synthetic textiles for the Veilance collection, leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence.

In Short

• Lead the development of future natural textiles for luxury brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the apparel/equipment industry related to textiles.
• Degree in Materials Science, Textile Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the RMD commercialization process.
• Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes.
• Experience with laboratory testing of materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
• Ability to handle small boxes and rolls of fabric.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for coaching and team development.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
