Overview

The Product Line Manager (PLM) for Men’s Trail at ARC’TERYX is responsible for creating profitable global product line assortments that align with the overall merchandising strategy and support company goals, consumer needs, and brand opportunities.

In Short

• Execute product line strategy across business units.
• Write and present product briefs aligned with category strategy.
• Partner with Design, Development, and Finance teams.
• Manage product lifecycle from development to commercialization.
• Contribute to seasonal selling plans and overall strategies.
• Document best practices and create Standard Operating Procedures.
• Research and analyze global marketplace for insights.
• Develop product presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support training and mentorship initiatives across the team.
• Uphold Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Outdoor Retail or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of sell through and cost of goods.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of models.
• Skilled in retail and merchandising math.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of the active apparel market.
• Excellent understanding of design and development processes.
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office.
