Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in affordable housing compliance.
• Strong knowledge of MFTE, HUD, and LIHTC compliance.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret complex housing regulations.
