Our mission is to make leasing efficient, transparent, and accessible for residents while maximizing occupancy and ROI for owners. We are now hiring a hands-on, resourceful Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to support and scale our marketing efforts across digital channels and rental platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of rental listing platforms and paid ad packages.
• Experience with social media content creation and basic video editing.
• Analytical mindset and comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Excellent written English and effective communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
