• Analyze player behavior patterns, retention metrics, and KPIs to generate insights for game and product teams.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance metrics.
• Develop alerting and monitoring systems to flag anomalies and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate player lifecycle, engagement, and monetization.
• Champion Tableau best practices and train internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in gaming or tech.
• Strong command of SQL and handling of large-scale datasets.
• Proven experience in Tableau dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Amplitude or similar analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality and governance best practices.
