The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the HR department, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Oversee and manage various HR operations processes
Ensure compliance with local labor laws

Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS)
Prepare and deliver regular reports on HR metrics

Full professional proficiency in English and French
