Overview

The HR / Business Administration Specialist is responsible for ensuring all key operations in human resources, finance, legal, and other business administration activities run smoothly in a remote-first operation.

In Short

  • Serve as the Primary Administrator for bi-weekly payroll and benefits.
  • Administer recruiting activities and manage onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage staff training and performance management administration.
  • Plan and manage weekly all staff meetings.
  • Create employee recognition and engagement activities.
  • Maintain organizational charts and position descriptions.
  • Support annual business planning and core processes documentation.
  • Assess inquiries directed at the Director of Finance and Administration.
  • Support business administration tasks for a remote organization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing HR and finance in a SaaS organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in a related field with relevant experience.
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM or comparable).
  • Expert level skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive consensus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
