Senior Data Engineer - SAP BW (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who is passionate about building analytical solutions on SAP Data, with a focus on delivering business and customer value through effective data management.

In Short

• Work with one of the largest SAP BW installations globally.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to optimize SAP BW investments.
• Deploy analytical features on SAP BW and other SAP OLTP systems.
• Utilize Microsoft, Google, and other tools for analytical needs.
• Lead programming sessions and coach team members.
• Drive Agile development practices with a Scrum Master approach.
• Collaborate closely with Product Area leadership and engineers.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure team alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP BW development.
• Experience in at least 3 full life cycle implementations on SAP BW or BW/4HANA.
• Extensive experience with SAP BW Retail scenarios.
• Knowledge of Datasphere and frontend analytics tools.
• Experience with CDS Views and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.
• Advanced knowledge in SAP data analytics.
• Scrum Master experience and knowledge of agile frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum practices and coach team members.
