Senior Accounting Associate, SaaS - Remote

Overview

Join Aprio's Managed Services Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Accounting Associate to join their dynamic team.

In Short

• Reviews the correctness and completeness of weekly and monthly work.
• Ensures all responsibilities of the Associate Accountant are completed diligently.
• Performs initial and/or final review of management reports.
• Provides accounting and technical support to Accounting Associates.
• Handles new and complicated tasks, client onboarding, and seasonal tasks.
• Prepares process documents and collaborates on process improvements.
• Attends to manager/client questions and concerns.
• Works on people management and team performance evaluations.
• Assumes responsibilities in the absence of the Associate Accountant.
• Leads the team in the absence of the Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• A licensed CPA is preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the BPO or similar industry.
• Amenable to work day shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Manila Time).
• Experience using XERO, QBO, NetSuite, and BILL required.
• Experience with SaaS & Technology clients preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
