Join Aprio's Finance Team as a Senior Accounting Associate and help clients maximize their opportunities while working with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm.

In Short

• Maintain vendor listings for monthly accruals.
• Register new prepaids and fixed assets in Workday.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation.
• Prepare Journal Entries for recurring and one-time transactions.
• Assist in recording daily cash transactions.
• Investigate and address variance analysis comments.
• Handle seasonal tasks like 1099 reporting and audit support.
• Perform self-review on assigned tasks.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience in Workday Accounting System preferred.
