Join Aprio's Finance Team as an Accounting Manager, where you will lead an offshore accounting team to ensure timely recording and reporting of transactions while maximizing client opportunities.

In Short

• Lead and manage the offshore accounting team.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes.
• Develop processes for a 10-day month-end close.
• Maintain compliance with accounting internal controls.
• Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results.
• Oversee accounts payable and GL close processes.
• Build strong relationships with finance and key stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Accounting Operations Manager.
• Work night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in management.
• Proven track record in financial reporting and audits.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software, preferably Sage Intacct.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
