We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Team Manager to lead our UA team and drive the growth of our mobile gaming portfolio.

Team Management: Hold regular one-on-one meetings, oversee vacation and sick leave schedules, conduct performance reviews, and manage salary adjustments.
Team Development & Growth: Work with senior leadership to set development goals and assess team members' professional growth.
Team Organization & Operations: Structure and streamline UA team workflows, ensuring balanced workload distribution and strict adherence to deadlines.
Meetings & Communication: Organize and lead team meetings, set clear agendas, manage follow-ups, and facilitate effective communication across relevant channels.
Operational Management: Support the implementation of UA strategies by ensuring team efficiency and optimizing workflows.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing analytics, ASO, creative development teams, and product managers to align on key business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track team progress, identify improvement areas, and refine processes to boost efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for UA-related organizational matters, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a project manager in marketing.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team motivation, development, and operational efficiency.
Proven ability to structure team workflows, distributing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in leading meetings and managing follow-ups.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams and stakeholders to align on key business objectives.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Familiarity with UA processes, including campaign management, performance analysis, and marketing analytics, is a plus.
