User Acquisition Producer - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a UA Producer with a strong focus on performance to join our team! In this role, you'll lead key UA initiatives, optimize performance across Video Networks and Incent channels, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive scalable growth. • Develop and optimize user acquisition strategies for Video Networks and Incent channels.
• Analyze acquisition channels in-depth to maximize performance.
• Generate and validate hypotheses to improve acquisition algorithms.
• Monitor and evaluate key marketing and product metrics.
• Plan and manage budgets efficiently based on KPIs.
• Provide clear performance reports and make strategic adjustments.
• Lead and mentor a team of UA managers and analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts.
• Build and maintain a metrics system for performance tracking.
• Maintain relationships with key partners for growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing in the gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of monetization funnels and player behavior.
• Strong grasp of marketing and product KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and MMP platforms.
• Knowledge of auction mechanics in Video Networks and Incent platforms.
• Proven experience in team management and development.
• Ability to formulate and test hypotheses.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Basic Python/R skills for automation (nice to have).
• Ability to write SQL queries (nice to have).
