Overview

Appodeal is looking for a CEO for a Gaming business unit to plan, develop, and execute the strategy for scaling our publishing business.

In Short

• Plan and execute yearly and quarterly strategies.
• Organise and maintain the OKRs system for the overall business unit.
• Own P&L for the Gaming business unit.
• Understand the “big picture” of the business.
• Be the vision holder for the business.
• Create a culture of individual discipline and accountability.
• Tackle obstacles and remove impediments.
• Attract, develop, inspire, and lead high performers.
• Look for new opportunities in the gaming market.
• Lead core teams of Product, Monetization, User Acquisition, and ASO.

Requirements

• Strong mix of creative, technical, innovative, and managerial experience.
• 5+ years experience managing P&Ls.
• Strong record in overseeing and launching casual games.
• Adaptable with the ability to collaborate with a distributed team.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Enjoys an interactive and agile work environment.
