Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

The product directly controls and optimizes refineries and chemical plants with AI to add millions of dollars to the plant's bottom line while managing safe operating limits, energy efficiency, and sustainability objectives. In Short

• Design and bring to production a scalable, microservice-based, deep learning industrial process optimization cloud tool.
• Create and maintain cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Service Mesh.
• Deploy monitoring and alerting tools for service insights.
• Build out CI/CD automation and workflows.
• Leverage public cloud services for efficiency and reliability.
• Research and integrate new tools into the infrastructure.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with microservice-based SaaS systems.
• Experience managing CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with container orchestration, especially Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud.
• Development experience in Python is a plus.
• Hands-on production troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in maintaining web-based products.
• Experience in handling on-premise infrastructure.
• Experience building out VPC.
