As a Marketing Specialist at Applysia, you will be part of our growing team of HR experts and developers, revolutionizing the recruitment processes of tomorrow and creating fair, human-centered processes. You will take on a key role in our company: strategically and operationally shaping our brand representation!

In Short

• Writing blog posts and social media content that engage our target audience
• Planning, executing & evaluating marketing measures including KPIs for success measurement
• Planning, creating, evaluating & optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Writing compelling marketing texts for various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Designing graphic content for our external communication
• Maintaining and developing our WordPress website
• Collaborating with our business development team to excite new target groups about our offering

Requirements

• Enthusiasm & talent for writing creative and persuasive advertising texts
• Passion for writing and the ability to create engaging content for blogs and social media
• A good eye for design
• Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Solid knowledge of WordPress (Gutenberg Editor)
• Team player, initiative, and a structured working style
• Very good German skills & good English skills
• Interest in (ideally knowledge of) HR topics
