In Short

• Design high-converting landing pages with exceptional UI/UX.
• Build and deploy designs using modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
• Ship to production independently using CI/CD pipelines.
• Run A/B tests to validate design decisions.
• Analyze performance data and iterate based on conversion metrics.
• Work autonomously from concept to production.
• Move quickly, designing, building, testing, and iterating.

Requirements

• Strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or advertiser-facing products is a plus.
• Proficient in React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
