Join Our Facility Coding Team! Logan Health is a growing health system located in Northwest Montana. We are looking for a remote Certified Facility Coder to join our team remotely!

In Short

• Fully remote position requiring coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT-4 coding guidelines.
• Minimum of two years coding experience in an acute care setting.
• Nationally recognized coding certification required (CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA).
• Responsibilities include assigning and sequencing codes for various patient records.
• Review medical records for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with providers and hospital departments.
• Maintain accurate coding and documentation.
• Participate in continuing education activities.
• Work in a team environment while managing sensitive information.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT-4 coding guidelines.
• Two years coding experience in an acute care setting.
• National coding certification required.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and electronic medical records.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter.
• Ability to function independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to manage sensitive situations with tact.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to set priorities.
