Finance Process Lead - Remote

Overview

The Finance Process Lead is responsible for overseeing and improving end-to-end finance processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, acting as a key link between finance operations and business stakeholders.

• Manage compliance and control activities for NAM entities.
• Stay updated on industry trends in financial process management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes (ATR, AP, AR).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS).
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Lean certification or similar training is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
