As a Team Leader, you will manage and inspire a team of Aged Care Assessors who provide face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes. You will develop a dynamic team and engage with various stakeholders, ensuring the best possible assessment for older Australians.

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role.
• Minimum 1 year in aged care, including assessments.
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in healthcare.
• Current registration with relevant regulatory bodies.
• Ability to manage and develop remote teams.
• Proven customer service management experience.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel.
• Proof of required vaccination status.
