Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client's Commercial Operations & Strategy team, focusing on enhancing deal processing and CRM platforms used in energy marketing operations across multiple US markets.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Create and refine user stories in the product backlog
• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios
• Conduct UAT and gather user feedback
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
• Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience required
• Strong background in requirements gathering and user testing
• Remote work flexibility offered

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Energy marketing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Agile methodology experience preferred
• Salesforce and VertexOne experience preferred
