In Short

• Be the first point of contact for supporters who get in touch with fundraising enquiries through calls, emails or social media.
• Steward your own group of supporters, taking on their own event for Anthony Nolan, delivering excellent supporter care.
• Support activities across the Supporter-Led Fundraising Team portfolio, including challenge events, community fundraising and fundraising products, like virtual events.
• Process income, thank supporters and coordinate fundraising fulfilment.
• Ensure all information is maintained on the database in conjunction with Anthony Nolan procedures.
• Assist on the launch and delivery of fundraising products.

Requirements

• Passionate about delivering an excellent supporter experience.
• Keen interest in challenge, community and virtual fundraising events.
• Great communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proactive and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
