Overview

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and updating documentation for Ansys Granta materials information management products, working closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Create help, tutorials, videos, and reference documentation for Ansys Granta products.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Software Developers to understand product requirements.
Work with QA and documentation teams to enhance the software delivery process.
Provide UX feedback to improve software design.
Gain expertise in Ansys software and customer use cases.
Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills required.

Requirements

B.Sc in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Communication, or relevant Master’s degree.
2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Ability to gather and analyze technical information.
Experience in documentation authoring and version control.
Familiarity with Ansys products is a plus.
