Overview

The Cloud Solution Architect role provides the solutions architecture for customers who utilise the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE), a hub for transforming their technical environments using cloud native technologies and tooling and advancing their cloud strategy.

In Short

• Design and Architect Cloud Solutions using Microsoft Azure technology stacks.
• Review and Optimize Customer Architectures for security, cost-efficiency, and performance.
• Provide Expert Technology Guidance on emerging cloud technologies.
• Lead Customer Cloud CoE Backlog and prioritize high-impact items.
• Manage and create user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with CoE engineers for successful implementation of cloud solutions.
• Facilitate Agile Sprint Planning with customers.
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Azure environments and architecting complex cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with cloud-native PaaS offerings like Azure App Services and AKS.
• Expertise in leading cloud migration projects and strategies.
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of technology industry shifts and cloud adoption trends.
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Possession of or ability to obtain security clearances for sensitive projects.
