Overview

Anrok is building tools for compliant digital commerce, focusing on automating sales tax compliance for software businesses. As a Product Manager, you will enhance the application onboarding experience to accelerate user activation.

In Short

• Own the customer onboarding experience and improve it.
• Identify and reduce bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Develop strategies for enhancing customer onboarding.
• Work cross-functionally to launch new products and features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience, with 3 years in a customer-centric product role.
• Experience working with engineers and facilitating problem-solving.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a track record of navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders.
