Order Processing Clerk - Remote

Overview

As an integral part of our operations department, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and managing orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

In Short

• Receive and review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness
• Enter orders into the system accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and related documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in order processing or data entry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
