Overview

The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead multi-state billing and accounts receivable operations while developing a high-performing team. This role focuses on driving timely collections and resolving payer issues through scalable processes and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements and billing regulations.
• Proven ability to track and report on operational KPIs.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Home health experience preferred.
• CFHP or CRCE certification preferred.
