Your role as the Direct Bill Project Manager is critical to the success of Angela Adams Consulting. The Direct Bill Project Manager is responsible for upholding the reputation of Angela Adams Consulting as the industry leader in efficient and accurate direct bill practices, wherein you will blend your expertise in both insurance accounting and project management to ensure the successful completion of monthly and interim direct bill client work. Your knack for data literacy and organization will support consistency and precision within our Direct Bill Support Center, ensuring a cohesive atmosphere. 

In Short

• Onboard new clients ensuring completed workflow and seamless transition to the Support Center
• Plan, organize, and delegate work within the Support Center based on client need and staff capacity
• Monitor direct bill projects to verify completion in an accurate and timely manner
• Promote continuous project management process improvement
• Ensure client satisfaction for direct bill related work
• Act as a true problem solver, overcoming obstacles that may arise
• Foster a culture of accountability
• Establish KPIs for productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Develop and implement quality control processes that ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Provide monthly reports to leadership reflecting output of the Support Center 

Requirements

• PMP preferred
• Windows operating PC with high speed internet
• Minimum one year of insurance Accounting & AMS360 experience
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Designated work area, free of distractions
• Microsoft Office experience
• Self-motivated
• Detail orientated
