Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the performance marketing strategy, ensuring the economic success of all paid channels including SEA, remarketing, and social media.

• Design, create, and optimize performance campaigns such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta.
• Develop targeting and retargeting strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Manage and develop analytics dashboards while considering set KPIs.
• Handle web tracking and GA4 operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in SEA and paid social.
• Excellent communication skills, self-directed, and goal-oriented work style.
• Strong affinity for numbers and strategic analytical thinking.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and GA4.
• Strength in display marketing, especially remarketing/retargeting.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets using web analytics tools and Excel.
• Industry knowledge in tourism.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
