In Short

• Analyze online performance, paid media, CRM data, and customer journeys.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts for various stakeholders.
• Derive concrete recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing.
• Build and maintain a central data lake in collaboration with IT and eCommerce.
• Integrate and harmonize data sources (shop, CRM, ERP, POS, marketing).
• Ensure data quality and consistent data structures.
• Visualize and automate KPIs (Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Support agile projects and advise internal departments on KPIs and reporting.
• Contribute to the implementation of new tools and data-driven processes.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable training.
• First experience in Digital Analytics, BI, or Data Strategy (preferably through internships).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Power BI.
• Basic knowledge in SQL and ideally with tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
• Interest in paid media, CRM, and customer journey.
• Structured, solution-oriented work style and high personal responsibility.
• Very good German skills and good English for optimal communication in the entire company.
