Overview

Our client is a modern homecare company with a fresh perspective on patient care, providing reliable support nationwide with assistance and medication.

We are creating something new: an innovative service structure that elevates customer communication to the next level – cross-channel, digitally supported, and personal. We are looking for a leader to establish a new department as a central interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners, and to manage it independently. In this role, you will create processes, structures, and tools in the customer communication department that make service quality visible – digital, efficient, and human.

In Short

  • You will independently build and lead the new department into the future.
  • You will develop a modern communication and service concept – cross-channel, digitally supported, and personal.
  • You will ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes around consulting, order, and complaint management.
  • You will establish measurement and control instruments (e.g., dashboards) to make service quality visible and manageable.
  • You will connect traditional consulting (phone) with modern digital channels such as chat, email, or social media.
  • You will work closely with internal departments and external partners (e.g., call centers).
  • You will drive innovations and process optimizations to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • You will build your own team, lead and further develop it.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in customer communication – e.g., in call centers, customer service, or sales support.
  • Industry knowledge from telecommunications, digitalization, e-commerce, or technology is an advantage.
  • Experience in building and managing service processes (inbound/outbound).
  • You know when automation is sensible – and when a real conversation makes the difference.
  • You bring fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Digital affinity: You know modern communication solutions and CRM systems and use them effectively.
  • Hands-on mentality with creativity and enthusiasm for modern tools.
  • Leadership strength, communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Resilient, solution-oriented, and able to set clear priorities.
  • Desire for a startup-like atmosphere with plenty of room for creativity and short decision-making processes.
