SaaS Fullstack Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

Angaza creates technology that enables businesses to streamline the sale of life-changing products to people in emerging markets. This role reports to our Engineering Manager and can be based anywhere in the US with a preference for California, Indiana, or New York. We are a fully remote team, but do gather local team members in San Francisco on a monthly basis.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain core systems for software platform.
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural design.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
• Ensure software adheres to security best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on software requirements.
• Engage in technical design efforts for key software components.
• Optimize development processes and explore new technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building fullstack applications.
• Experience with React/Redux frontend applications.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs at scale.
• Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
• Growth-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
