Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Social Media & Growth Lead to work alongside our Founder & CEO to systematize our go-to-market efforts, own our social media, and tell the story of our business. This is NOT a “weekly social media posting role” but rather a pathway to becoming a Head of Content, Head of Growth, or even Chief Marketing Officer at a fast-growing startup that’s experiencing rapid-growth.

In Short

  • Work with Executive Team and external partners to manage go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive scalable lead generation through multi-channel strategies.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for brand awareness and growth.
  • Manage all social media channels with engaging content.
  • Create and curate content for target audience engagement.
  • Build a content calendar for timely posts.
  • Establish social media advertising workflows.
  • Monitor trends and analyze data for optimization.
  • Set and track performance KPIs for campaign success.
  • Advise on client and candidate acquisition funnels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and growth strategy.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to create engaging content across various formats.
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and travel.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
